The feature match on Day 1 was a showdown between the top teams from Syracuse and Cornell. Syracuse trailed by 6 games heading into mixed doubles. Tied 4-4, Syracuse's mixed doubles team of Anne Magellan and Brian Sloan rattled off 6 straight games to force a Super Tiebreak. Cornell composed themselves and, with the tiebreak tied 6-6, took the final point and the pool.
Rutgers A convincingly won the other pool including victories over Cornell and Syracuse's "B" teams.
Day 2: Cornell A defeated Cornell B, and Syracuse won a tightly contested match with Rutgers to set up a rematch of the day before for the Championship.
Cornell won the men's doubles and singles while Syracuse won the women's doubles and singles, but the Orange trailed by a game heading into the mixed doubles. Down 5-3, Cornell won a huge deuce point to draw back within a game, but Syracuse closed out the set 6-4 to win the Championship by a game.
Meanwhile, Rutgers B defeated Syracuse Blue by 1 game for 5th place, and Colgate defeated Stony Brook who fought hard all weekend despite not having any girls on their team.
